A previous colleague of mine told me that an MD of his once said I never went to Managing Directors school you know. They dont teach this stuff - you just learn as you go. Since that day Ive been very aware of how to be the best leader for myself, my business and my team. Before a networking meeting, Jeff mentioned in passing something about guaranteeing services that really resonated with me. At the time I was racking my brains about how I could offer my clients a guarantee on creative services and reduce their risk in the buying stage. It led into a wider conversation around my business and the balance I had struck between work and life. For the past 6 months Ive been a part of Jeffs ActionMembers program - a monthly meeting where other business owners and myself are educated and trained in impactful business learnings in the mornings and then have the opportunity to discuss successes, challenges and lessons learnt over the course of the month as a board of directors. Through Jeffs program Ive put in place pivotal strategies, management systems for my staff and increased the project fee for an account I thought Id never be able to increase. Ive learnt vital lessons from other business owners, and successfully implemented it all to improve the health of my business and build the sort of business that I own, rather than one that owns me. I cant calculate the return on investment, because to me, its been priceless. Jeff, thank you so much for the high level of training, advice and support youve provided over the past 6 months and continue to do so. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

I had a 15 minute free call with Jeff for some advice. He started out by getting an idea of my goal so he could tailor his advice to my needs. He carefully listened and gave me some really useful/practical tips that aren't difficult or unrealistic to implement. They were specific to me and my business and I am excited about seeing the difference Jeff's suggestions make. Thank you Jeff!

Great seminar.... Well worth the extra time after work. Yes it is free and we even got refreshments included. No hard selling either trying to get you to sign up to the plan so that was nice.
