AU - Warranties

Amazing experience from start to finish. Had a issue with my van, contacted AU Warranties, got a process of what I needed to do, was kept updated of what was happening, 2 hours later I received a very pleasant call telling me that my claim had been approved and the garage doing the repairs, had also been contacted for them to proceed with the repairs and payment was made within the hour. Repairs were carried out and returned to collect the same day, hassle free. Great service and excellent customer support.

AVOID!!!! If I could not put any stars on this review I would!!! As thats what an AU warranty deserves!! Should be fined for false advertising of product!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Warranties are worthless and they will not pay out!!! Took them 3 days to assess my claim only then after I had to chase them to be told your not covered by warranty!! No point in wasting your good money on this companies warranty!!! Avoid!!!

I have taken the standard cover for my C class MB 2015 model and was told the engine and gear box is covered. There was an oil leak and the MB service people found that the Vac Pump is having a hair line crack. AU warranty refuse to pay the cost saying it is part of wear and tear. If this is the case, why one should take warranty! It's a terrible company and very awful.

Bought a car from plexus motors and it failed on the way home ( radiator) told plexus who put me in touch with with AU and thats when all the problems started 6 + weeks to get au to pay up stay away from plexus & AU for your own sanity
