Charles clearly has a head full of knowledge and experience. After receiving alot of contradictory advice for our renovation he explained the pros and cons and what he would recommend, allowing us to make the right choices during our project. He took a lot of time to help us and is clearly a really nice, friendly, healpful and knowledgeable guy.

The company to work with - simple as that! Well structured, will work with you in order to get exactly what you want. Very reasonable in all aspects, from pricing to recommendation, they will help you out if you get stuck or not sure what to do. They will take the responsibility and are punctual. If for some reason they are late, they will inform you. They do the normal communication you would expect from a serious company but other don't seem to bother about it and this makes them stand out . Great team to work with, even their contractors are very competent so you are not let down. they also take the responsibility over the contractors actions so you are covered. I cannot recommend them more!

A small extension & partial garage conversion. From start to finish the whole experience has been a very positive one, communication & updates continuously, the team very professional from the start & genuinely wanted to help, friendly, trust worthy & extremely tidy. They were very helpful & suggested ideas that we had not even thought possible & guided us through the whole process & liaised with relevant third parties on our behalf. The finished job has by far exceeded our expectations & we would not hesitate to use again for future work - A big thank you to the whole team as the work has made a huge difference to our lives already
