        High expectations. Let down. Family Christmas meal was really poor in the end. Poor greeting from the staff. Service was confused and poor. Slow to do anything, no knowledge of the menu, no knowledge of our pre booked booking and what was included. Drinks were poor. Food was average. Wouldnt recommend, and you pay a pretty penny to top it all off..

        This is the 3rd and final time I have visited this place. As someone that lives in Chester and goes out for drinks and food often, this is by far the worst bar and restaurant. The only good thing is the view. Don't waist your time or money.
