I recently bought a used BMW R1250GS bike from Halliwell Jones. I test rode a 1250 on Saturday, placed a deposit on the bike I wanted and collected it the following Wednesday. I have to say I had a really positive experience, Craig Jones from the Motorrad team really looked after me and made the whole process smooth and easy.

Very disappointed with the welcome I had on Saturday (25th of March 2023). No welcome, hostile atmosphere and very little assistance. It was pretty obvious that I was very interested in the new 3 series. I felt so uncomfortable and felt like my every move was being watched. When I approved the 3 series touring in the showroom, the staff member reached for the key and locked the car! I left the dealership angry and disappointed. The welcome and service i received in Halliwell Jones North Wales was completely different.

Avoid this place is my advice. 3 months in advance I booked my car for a replacement part - that was the earliest date they could do it, dropped my car off then told they didn't have the parts. Service blamed parts dept. Jokers.

Don't even bother to buy any car from these unprofessional liars, reserved a car online and I was excited to go pick it up but when I called I was told that car been sold.

Every interaction over the last 6 years has been absolutely grating. We've been told one thing over the phone, only to show up and been told that's absolutely incorrect, on two separate occasions. Came to view a specific model, had to squeeze into it parked between 10 other cars and rushed around the whole time. Have waited for a call back on several occasions and never received one, always have to follow-up ourselves. Recently told that the wait for to run a set a of diagnostics for a current problem was more than 5 weeks. Absolutely absurd. We have never had a positive encounter.
