        I can't recommend them enough. Went in with a broken spoke off my race bike, explained to them that I had a race coming up soon (3 weeks) and that I could do with it asap. Was amazed when they messaged me the following morning stating it was ready. 10/10

        Great service on Good Friday from Graham. I wanted my first E-Bike and i didn't have a clue what i was looking for. I am very happy with the outcome. I bought a Haibike Alltrek 5 and love it ,everyone was friendly and helpful and my son even left with an easter egg. The bike was ready to collect the next morning as promised. No pressure sales and lots of choice and Graham knew his stuff and had plenty of time for us .We just happened to see the shop after going into another store further down the road that was just poor !! Zero customer service and due to this lost a few thousand pound sale . Thankfully The Bike Factory gave me and my son a great customer experience and due to this they will be my first port of call in any future biking needs .My son has already spotted a bike for his bday in Aug . Thanks again

        Brought a Trek Fuel Ex 5 from The Bike Factory that was not only the most competitively priced across the whole Internet, but they've delivered exceptional customer service. They assembled the bike for me and delivered to my address. Although delayed by a day due to unforseen circumstances that they communicated with me, they generously included some free accessories. I've had a few questions and queries that Ian specifically has always been able to help and assist with. Many thanks. Highly recommended.
