        Brilliant customer service! I purchased the bike from here in 2019 and recently decided to give it a make over. After speaking with the team in-store I settled on a new groupset, new wheels & new saddle. From the original discussion to walking out with all the parts fitted was two weeks! Really happy with the outcome and looking forward riding it over the summer! Thanks

        Originally I gave the store 5-starsno need to go into detail, but my experience went downhill FAST. Its a real mixed bag with these guys. Depends on who you talk to as to whether youll be helped.
