After a bike fit with Sion, I was much more comfortable but also faster and more powerful! Would definitely recommend!!

I visited Gavin premises in July 2022 after it being recommended to me by a friend. My initial contact with Gavin was by phone as I had specific requirements due to me having a lost the lower part of my leg at a young age. After this discussion I was comforatable to attend a full bike fit. I have to say that Gavin made me feel at ease and before we even started took alot of notes on my requirements. Once the fit had been completed I went on a good 20 mile ride the following day and noticed the difference straight away. Some of the issues I had in my had and shoulders disappeared and I felt more balanced on the bike as a whole. I was even able to keep up with my two friends with ease. Thanks Gavin and will definately recomment you to my friends.

Bought my first road bike in preparation for an Ironman in July '21. After niggling injuries and "winging it" using DIY Youtube videos for months I decided on a professional bike fit and was recommended Total Bike Fit by a friend as he's had several there. I should've gone sooner - my experience was a great one. I was looked after by Gavin who spent the best part of 2 hours fine tuning the bike setup. I come away feeling fully connected with the bike - pedal strokes feel smoother, power feels greater and more where it needs to be, overall comfort is better, along with being much more aero. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a bike fit to go and visit (you'll come away with much more than a bike fit - he's a world of Ironman also having completed 6x of them in the past).
