My wife and I stayed here in spring in 2022 and were really delighted with every element of our stay. Our room was a very good size for our budget. The washroom was new and in great condition. Breakfast was ample and we appreciated a couple nice little touches like supplying the rooms with real milk in a refillable eco-conscious jug. Location is central, but quiet during our stay.

Top floor, steep stairs Room no 4 warm and spacious. Shower/toilet room compact. Shower gel, thick towels and hairdryer supplied. Great medium firm bed. Fridge and tea making set. Milk and water in fridge. Friendly owners. Guest house only yards from main shops in Central Old part of city, but room was quiet. No breakfast provided but eateries all very close. As a solo female traveller, the accommodation felt very safe snd tge owners on site of by phone if needed. I recommend this guest house provided no mobility difficulties if not having the one room that is at ground level. Also note steps up to front door. Rooms: Old building but rooms are modern, have phone charger sockets. Room 4 has to standard chairs. There is no soft seating.
