        Tannery Barber is an exceptional barbershop, and without a doubt Phil is the most skilled barber I have ever been to. I was blown away by the precision and quality of my skin fade - it was easily the best I've ever had. Not only is Phil a master of his craft, but he also has a warm and welcoming personality that makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. If you're looking for a top-notch haircut in Chester, I highly recommend giving Tannery Barber a try.
