        Absolutely bizarre. I told the barber to cut my hair the same on both sides multiple times throughout the haircut when I could see that things were going south. He insisted that he understood but ignored simple instructions but continued to give me an undercut on one side but not the other. Good fade but overall very disappointed. He gives everyone the same fade and is useless with the scissors. Had pretty much the same experience with both barbers in that shop ... I just don't get it!
