        Horrendous customer service. Tried to open a joint account to be told to come back an hour later as the lady was the only one that could do it - returned to find she still couldnt be bothered to help us and we would have an open ended wait time! While there at least a dozen people asked for assistance to be given the same lacklustre response of No you cant do that, irrespective of their query. Worst customer service I have encountered in any industry.

        Checked opening hours. Travelled 40-mins to Chester branch to make a transaction to then be told the till closed at 2.30 !! Unbelievable. 3-staff that I could see and a queue of 5 waiting to be offered no service. Service levels that would bust most normal businesses but they still jog along and make their millions.
