Attempting to return an item, I sent numerous emails to this company. All were rejected as recipient not known or that delivery of them was 'delayed please wait'. After waiting each time finally had email to say could it not be delivered. I then attempted to phone the company, but 'call can not be connected. ' Attempts by Amazon to connect also met with no success.

Bought a stylish IR3200 internet radio from a company I hadn't heard of before. Ordering was easy and I was kept up-to-date with the progress of my order throughout the short period between ordering and it being delivered by DHL who were equally as informative. The product arrived the next working day which I wasn't expecting and was well packed in a box of considerable packaging. Nothing to fault with this process at all. A very efficient company. Would order from them again. Have ordered from them again. Another stylish audio product. A DAB clock radio for the bedroom. Free next day delivery too. Excellent service again from the Chester based firm.

After having to cancel or change all the plans for my hubby's 50th birthday celebration due to the current situation, I was really concerned that I would not be able to purchase the hi-fi that he had chosen as part of his gift. I contacted the BuyCleverStuff team and explained the situation, they were Lovely giving me the information I needed and making sure my hubby got the Hi-fi he wanted. I had a problem with a bathroom radio that I had installed in a new house that I had moved to. Without too much detail, it was touch and go if the guys at Buy Clever Stuff could help and replace the unit, but Rob when the extra mile to help. I was listening earlier to the reviews on customer service particularly an well know Irish Airline which prompted me to right this genuine review. Many thanks to the team!
