DRIVER FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL! Will never use again. Had a 2:30am pick up to Manchester airport. Driver yawned the entire way and then opened his window. 5-10mins from the airport he nodded off and veered into cones that were closing the left lane for road works. We were very lucky that there was an opening in the concrete barrier which had closed off the right lane, else we would have crashed into that when he tried to correct himself. Car was damaged underneath and dragging along the ground for the final 10 mins of the journey. Any worse and we would have been stranded on the motorway and missed the flight! No excuses for being too tired and putting your clients lives at risk, no matter what the pick up time. Cancelled the return journey and came home with kingkabs instead. Please put your safety first and rethink booking with this company.

Today I left my mobile in the back of car 20, really happy with the service as a taxi driver, very polite, caring and understanding. Even more happier when he returned it to my front door. Thank you so much.
