Shaun from paramount was a life saver for me tonight- opened my external door to my apartment block- because Id dropped something outside- I put everything I had in my hands - including my keys- on my staircase inside to go back outside to pick up what Id dropped- hence locking myself out- within 20 minutes of phoning him - hes at my door with the master key to let me back in through the external door Very professional service Thank you so much for your quick response Steve
