Probably the worst customer service ever experienced. You can never get through to anyone, you never get a call back but you are called promptly for payments and threatened the job won't be done if payment isn't received. There isn't a complaint procedure and you are guaranteed a reply to your query with an attitude from the staff or the director. The quality of work is good, but my god how can you run a company so poorly.

Wasnt a great start when the fitter turned up by himself and needed help carrying the bifold frame. He then informed me he didnt have the glass! The plan was to leave it open to the elements for a few days while waiting for it to turn up. I had to call the office to ask them to at least board it up. Once in I saw the frame profile is wider than what I ordered. Again I contacted the office and all I got back was a copy and pasted reply that didnt answer anything. Eventually they replied again to inform me they no longer fit the profile I asked for due to amount of complaints they get! As to why I was sold it, they never replied back and that was the last I heard. On the plus side the doors work and were fairly cheap, although the traffic door doesnt close completely flush. (Judging by their prior customer service Ive decided not to bother asking them to fix) You get what you pay for, Id advise spending a bit more and looking elsewhere.

Was recommended to give this company a call regarding a cat flap installation. Asked which cat flap should I purchase for the double glazed window. Kev replied on email with an all in price, which was fair. Then Kevin changed his mind (after I had to chase several times on email) and said cat flap now wasnt included. He did not meet me half way on the cost, as it was his error in breakdown in communication. I shouldve looked at the last five Google reviews before giving pro windows a call, as they had four reviews out of five in the last year that are only 1 stars . This review will make it five out of six 1 star reviews. Avoid

Had my windows and front door done by pro-fit windows. Professional from the start. Surveyor was very informative and advised what would suit my property. Booking the windows for installation was very easy! Kevin and Tracey were very friendly and put me at ease from the start. Installation day the installers were very friendly and professional. Even cleaned up after themselves! I cant thank pro-fit enough for their quick responses and installation. Im very pleased with the products Ive received and look forward to recommending you to all my friends and family! Service: Casement window installation & replacement
