        Lilly has been a brilliant coach . . I 've been with her for seven weeks now and she has been helping with weight loss management. I 've tried other diet regime's before but had no professional guidance, there for due to my own frustration s I fell on my sword every time. Lilly has been there to and answer questions of concern when ever they arise . Highly recommend her to anyone struggling in the same area . Russell.

        I've been training with Lily for approximately 6 months. My goal was to tone up and become stronger, I've certainly achieved that. We set milestones such as doing my first pull up! (Lily will certainly put you through your paces) . It's so nice to be trained by a girl, less intimidating. Lily is approachable, professional and fun to train with.

        Lily really listens to what you want to achieve and ensures that shes pushing you but without over doing it and tailors each session to improve on what Ive done before. Itll probably take 6 months to get where I want to but I feel Lily will be with me every step of the way
