        Short walk nice walk from Epsom common car park this great little coffee shop nestled in the middle of nowhere, but also everywhere. Great coffee and location. Can get a little boggy and muddy during the wetter months so always wear boots or wellies! You can access by the road but you cant park here. So best travel by bike. Dont walk on the fields! Its a working farm, so be careful where you put your feet. Its definitely worth the trip.

        Ive been wanting to visit the barn for a year or so now, and it didnt disappoint. I saw they were doing business talks so took that as my opportunity to come along. Friendly staff, great coffee & cakes, calm and natural atmosphere. Definition of beautiful countryside! Would definitely recommend a visit here especially to those who love the outdoors. Would be an awesome festival vibe Wedding venue (would love to photograph a wedding here!)
