I started training with Em during my second pregnancy and wish I found her when I was pregnant with my first! Em is seriously knowledgeable on the female body and made me feel confident working out again post birth. Her sessions are tailored to me, she is engaging and encouraging and I always look forward to working out each week - best investment!

I could not recommend Em highly enough ! I have been training with Em for over a year and been on a journey with her not just changing my body but my confidence and approach to exercise! I always thought I was not a gym person and avoided most forms of fitness! However, after seeing my friend transform after working with Em - I decided to give it a go and my only regret is not having done it sooner! Em has so much knowledge about the body she was able to really tailor exercises for where I was at both physically and structurally! She is so great to talk to that I obviously just wanted to chat throughout our sessions but Em very cleverly would not let me slack off (something Im very prone to) which I really appreciated! I feel stronger, more confident and my body has changed but genuinely I think she has given me such a gift of helping me achieve things I never thought I would do and also enjoy it at the same time! I now believe that every woman should lift weights!! Em also has such in-depth knowledge of female body and hormonal changes I always recommend my friends to go to her for any pre/post natal training too! What a star! xxx

I cannot recommend Em as a PT high enough! Exercise has always been something I have struggled to stick at, but I have constantly looked forward to my sessions with Em. Whatever my mood I leave there feeling great! She is extremely knowledgable, professional and very patient! I would recommend if youre looking for a PT in Surrey to definitely give her a try!

I would thoroughly recommend training with Emily - she is an excellent PT. I've been working with her for almost a year both during and post pregnancy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I've always felt safe and confident whilst training with her, which was particularly important to me during pregnancy. I always find her sessions varied and enjoyable. Emily definitely motivates you to work hard!
