Art is an awesome trainer i have worked with him for a few years and he is amazing at motivating and confidence building . When i first started going to the gym i was a fish out of water and had no idea what i was doing and almost felt like i shouldn't be there but over time and a few sessions i got my confidence and realised i could do it training is something i have really come to enjoy and with the advise and knowledge Art has to offer he really is a Personal trainer that i would recommend to anyone .

The main reason for starting personal training was that I wanted to improve my body shape looking better and feeling healthier. Before starting personal training, I was seeing myself in a bad shape with a very poor muscle condition and a too high body fat. After working with Art, I can see myself in a shape that I have never seen, and I thought I would have never been capable to reach. I see myself lean and with a compact body. I feel great and very satisfied. Additionally, I had a huge growth in my motivation as I realised that I can reach my body goals with commitment and knowing how to approach fitness and exercise. The main obstacles were the low carb periods in my meal plan. But Art helped me in overcoming them motivating the reasons for that and making them as short as possible. Also, seeing the results on a week basis was the best way to find additional motivation. My sleep and energy were not great before starting the training with Art. Also, I occasionally had some colitis before. Now, I can sleep definitely better with a deeper sleeping phase. I never had colitis anymore. I am pretty sure this derives for the right mix of supplements, diet and training in the plan that Art tailored for me. I would of course recommend Art as he can change your approach to life making you look better but mainly improving your general health and mood. He is always available for questions, plan tailoring based on your needs and additional motivation when needed. Unbelievably, this can happen in just 12 weeks...thank you Art!

Over the past couple of years, Ive struggled with weight gain, motivation at the gym and sticking to a healthy diet. Having a sedentary job, I found myself gaining weight to a point where I no longer felt like myself. I knew this had to change and with my upcoming wedding, I really wanted to feel confident and look good. I felt that I looked older than my age, unhealthy with no control of my weight. I now feel I am a much better version of myself. Although Id always exercised throughout my twenties, Ive never been this strong and fit before. I am super pleased with the results so far. In a short space of time, Ive achieved more than I expected with losing weight, becoming leaner and looking better. I still have a way to go and have no doubt that with Art, Ill achieve my goals. I initially struggled with getting in the extra steps during the day, however with an extra push from Art, I realised it was more to do with changing my mind set and making time in the day to get the step count in. Being a vegetarian, I also struggled with the diet plan, however Art continued to ask for feedback and updated the plan at regular intervals to ensure it was easier to follow. My energy levels have improved considerably. I no longer feel lethargic and sluggish. I feel brighter and am more productive in the day. I have a better meal plan in place and no longer crave the high carb/sugary foods I used to. I would recommend Art to anyone contemplating personal training. Having had a few PTs in the past, I can honestly say that Art is one of the best around. His knowledge on nutrition and fitness is clearly vast. The training sessions have always pushed me 100% and have been both fun and challenging.

Ive been sporty and reasonably fit all my life. Weight, body fat levels and fitness were never really a problem. Over time, increased workloads and higher stress leveIs resulted in poor eating habits and excessive intake of alcohol. Exercise stopped and before I knew it I was very overweight, unfit, lethargic and in a bad state of mind. I didnt recognize the person staring back at me in the mirror and knew I had to do something about it. Then I found Art. His expertise, knowledge and motivating personality gave me the jump start I badly needed. He devised free weights plans with cardio and a healthy eating diet. I wont lie, the first month was hard but I was determined. Arts encouragement and support pushed me to work harder. Before I knew it the results started to show. I was losing body fat and weight whilst preserving muscle mass. I was getting stronger, lasting longer and my body was changing shape. Working with Art was suddenly addictive, exhilarating and rewarding. Looking in the mirror now I am blown away. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could achieve my new physique in such a relatively short time. This is not the end of my journey though, its just the beginning. I cannot recommend Art more and challenge anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life to get in contact with him now!

I decided to start personal training for a combination of health and confidence reasons. I had already increased the level of exercise I was doing on my own but wasnt seeing the results that I had hoped for. Prior to starting work with Art, I considered myself to be slightly unfit and overweight. I have always been quite sporty but found that I was no longer able to just turn up and play sports confidently. I was also concerned that I was approaching an age where this may cause health problems. Since working with Art, my physical ability and energy has increased significantly. This has really improved my confidence in all areas and particularly when playing sports. I am far happier with how I look and my health has improved considerably, which was proved by the results of a recent health test. The results I have achieved with Art are far greater and faster than I expected at the outset. I am very happy with what I have achieved so far and am really motivated to continue working with Art for the long term. My energy levels are far greater than before I started working with Art and I find that I recover more quickly from strenuous exercise. Generally I feel much fitter, healthier and more confident overall. I would recommend Art to anyone. He takes the time to understand exactly what you want to achieve and explains how to achieve this whilst fitting in with your current lifestyle. Arts knowledge of different exercises and the muscles they target is invaluable and has greatly increased my confidence to go to the gym on my own and use equipment I would never have considered using before. Art also really focuses on nutrition, and he knows a huge amount in this area. He has come up with a nutrition plan for me that means I am never hungry, am eating lots of the food I enjoy but is also healthy; the best part is I could happily eat like this forever. I enjoy going to training sessions with Art as he achieves a very good balance between motivation and fun. I really believe that Art can help anyone achieve their fitness goals and that they will enjoy doing it!

Art is an awesome trainer i have worked with him for a few years and he is amazing at motivating and confidence building .
