The most horrible phone system. It just rings and then starts blaring an awful alarm and hangs up

Impossible to get through on the phone. And when you do fill out the online application form for a doctors appointment it can take up to 2 days for them to reply, just for them to say: go to the pharmacy, as if that wasn't the first thing I did. Since they've stopped taking phone calls it's gone completely down hill.
