        We were notified in February 23, that the rate had increased from 16.5p to 44p per KWh. Then received a whopper of a bill for 1534.00 for the first quarter. We are in a new build, and they are the provider in contract with our landlord. I have countless times we have called our the engineers for a leaking boiler and every winter, no heating. Absolutely disgusting. Not fit for purpose at all

        Still can't monitor the heating monitor box fixed on wall Evinox don't explain how to use the monitor box The price are high They charged me 10 for not paying bills on time this is out of orders Set direct debit but not use so I m going to complaint to get refunds 10
