        I cannot BELIEVE just how difficult it is to get any kind of appointment at this practice. The reception staff are RIDICULOUSLY unhelpful and I have subsequently moved practice.

        I give 5 star to Doctors I have seen but trying to make an appointment is almost impossible. The 8am app ringing time is very difficult to get through, and even when managing to get through there are no appointments left on that day, having to ring again next day. Receptionist very rude in different occasions without a reason. Giving up on wanting to be seen whilst suffering with health.

        Great doctors surgery, always been able to get an appointment when i have needed one. Lovely staff and easy parking. Great to have a pharmacy on the same site. Gutted i need to find a new doctors soon as moving out of the area.
