I have had major issues with this organisation and how they treat fathers specifically. If anyone would like support in dealing with them please feel free to contact me i would be happy to help and support you to work with them. They do have some amazing and hard working individuals but have major organisational failings. Even threatening me with an injunction if published proof of how they discriminated. For example when CC laughed down the phone a parent when they said they had a disability! Though one of the clearest cases of incompetence is if you raise a formal complaint about an individual they get that individual to investigate the complaint them self's for the second time. And seem surprised when they do not uphold the complaint and you are unhappy about it!!
