        This is an absolut amazing Bike. We have 2 Of them. WIth the support i had troubles at beginning, but Thanks Simon, i got my batteries replaced. Thank you again for your engagement, Simon! Great product. We love our Bikes!

        Absolute clowns even the higher up staff are clueless blaming me the mechanic that Im fixing 1 of their bikes incorrectly after they admitted they sent me the wrong part when I went to their office and physically showed them.

        do not buy this bike they do not give assistance and they do not have physical assistance centers you always have to ship it and you are left without. scammers. they take weeks to respond and never resolve
