Premier Inn Chessington hotel

Really not great. I usually love a premier Inn, but this time just wasn't it. We arrived to find the resturant was closed and nowhere local did breakfast, so we had to order in which was very expensive compared to what a Premier Inn breakfast is. There was no toilet roll in our room, the glasses were dirty, hair all over the bed and no desk chair. The doors slammed all night, and the second night we could hear someone from reception shouting down the hallway to someone in their room. Really not great, shame it's the only one in the area with parking because we otherwise wouldn't come back. Update: gave it another go and it was just awful again. We checked into a room with no towels and an interconnecting door. That meant we could hear literally everything in the room next door. I went to reception and asked to move rooms and was told no. The guy said he'd already cleaned rooms today and didn't want to clean ours for another guest - we'd been in there 5 minutes. His solution was to tell the people in the room next door to be quiet, which seemed unfair. The noise they were making was reasonable, it was just that there was a very thin door between us. It's just always terrible but there's so little choice with parking in the area.
