        Normally never have an issue, but this experience was just unacceptable. Clearly stated that I wanted a 3 on top with Enough to throw the front over to the side. Barber acknowledged this fact, thn immediately sent the razor straight down the centre of my head. Giving me something I didn't ask for. I didn't kick up a fuss, left it be. Just wanted to finish it up and leave it at that. Then when it came to putting a 2 on the sides and back the barber then went too high on his first stroke and cut into the top of the cut, giving my 3 a random patch of 2. When the head barber came over, he said he's sorry your barber didn't understand what you said. Boss barber tried to patch things up and made an effort. Can't fault him for that, but still very unhappy by the end of it Ended up looking a clown and leaving with nothing I asked for In the first place
