I wish I came and looked at the reviews before. Apparently we lost our money over 250 dollars because the bar said that it was delivered but when looking at the tracking number for some reason it was sent back to them and my husband and I are getting no response from them. No wonder that you can no longer buy from them on Etsy. Horrible horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Reaching someone to help you is almost impossible.

Avoid this company!I purchased wine rack on 3rd of march still no item ,no refund and no one is responding to my multiple emails sent. Very unprofessional company once again do not buy anything from them unless you want to loose your money!

Please do not buy from PorterBars. I bought a tractor stool, which was described as being 56cm seated height but in fact 59cm. This made a massive difference to me and the stool is sadly not fit for my purpose. They tried to deny the fact and were difficult to deal with and ignored my emails until I got to the point where I said I would take action. They then offered to pay for my return but then started to ignore my emails and a few days later went back on their agreement, saying I had to pay for the return myself, which would be impossibly extortionate as it is made of iron. Not a nice company to deal with. Date of experience: 16 March 2023
