Punctual showed up 5 min early. Booking person on the phone was very kind and reassuring (was worried about the recent reviews - but I had a totally opposite experience). Friendly driver and clean car. Better prices than other company quotes. Cant ask for anything more would Recommend

Terrible. We booked a cab to go to Gatwick. They confirmed the booking & on the morning we received a text saying the cab was on its way. It didn't turn up so phoned them & spoke to someone. He did nothing & never got back to us. As time went on & no cab we decided to drive. We received a text saying that the cab was at the house, 2.5 hours late & we would have missed our flight. We had to pay 400 to park as we couldn't book. Now they are ignoring our letters for compensation. If you want to go somewhere don't rely on them even if you receive a text saying the cab is on its way!

Called for taxi to Chessington world of adventures to tolworth, waited a long time. Old white guy came and when I asked him to park closer and help with my suitcases and heavy bags he refused and was parked far. I had to lug all my luggage to his car, He asked me how I got to the place (when I asked for help), I have a bad back and had to load my stuff in the car. When he asked me how I got there I said thats not important and he was rude and grabbed my bags out of the boot and drove off. He was very rude. I called them and a lady answered the phone. When I told her what happened she said hed been to hospital that day and thats why he wouldnt help me. I called another taxi company. Would not recommend. Staff rude and unhelpful

Cowboy company. Refused to take someone because she has learning difficulties. Your reply is totally untrue. I said the hotel staff was going to pay you. Youre correct she doesnt answer her phone.I was told by a hotel member to use clock tower cabs. ( they were brilliant) Which they didnt question her disability like you did!!! What wrong with her ???( that is how you put it) you need to get someone who takes your booking whos got some customers care skills. We are living in 20s not the 70s or 80,s Ill also add you have more 1 star reviews than you do 5. I say no more
