Shockingly bad. I ordered a bike on the 31st March. It said in stock and delivery is 3 to 5 days. 11 Days later the Order is still in picking status and when you look on their website there are NO contact details anywhere to speak to anyone about the . That tells me that they are so bad they had to stop customers from calling ! So now contact via FB or similar. I spent 3500 and now have zero control or contact over my order ! I contacted them on FB messenger as then state and still no answer ! I expect that will blame covid !!!!

Finally some people to help us ! Canyon France doesn't reply, Canyon Germany doesn't want to help french customers, but a nice guy from Canyon UK did ! He couldn't do a lot because he can't see everything about foreign's orders, but at least he answered my questions ! Thanks !
