Deserves zero stars. A very unprofessional & inconsiderate team. Agreed cost of job 3 months in advance. Re-confirmed the job, cost and time the day before they were meant to come. 1hr before the job, they cancelled quoting business partner was not happy with the quote they had given. They are a waste of time and have no respect for other peoples time - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

August 2018 avoid this Company & outher company with in the Name . Allways late never turns up worst experience ever . Did turn up for 1 hour & as in Karls words Butchered a Tree & Didn't do the work as Wuoated. Excuse after excuse about hes poorly wife . We are all experiencing illness . My Fault Shouldn't of paid him in advance & trusted him. Avoid . You will get Disappointed.

Worst experience ever! I was left waiting for two hours on the morning the work was booked in for. Only when I eventually called Karl did his wife was I inform me that he had gone to another job instead. I was promised a call back later that day, but no such luck. After three days of waiting I finally made contact with Karl and even then, extracting an explanation and apology was painful. Utterly useless. What a way not to run a business...
