        I received the most amazing service when I called The Optical Gallery in Chessington yesterday to ask if I could be sent by post a silicone nose pad for my glasses as I had lost one. My local branch in Twickenham had given me a replacement in the past but the shop is currently closed and I couldnt wear my glasses or get to Chessington for a few days. I was happy to pay for it and the postage. Mary said there would be no charge and kindly obliged. Well, when I got home from work today a envelope had already arrived less than 24 hours later with 2 nose pads - so I now have a spare too. A truly wonderful service from Mary at the Optical Gallery Opticians. Thank you Tracy Upton
