The team at Nichols Residential were amazing getting our house marketed and sold. The video was a great addition to the house marketing. I must give a shout to Alan and Simon who went above and beyond to assist us on the sale of our house until completion as our buyers were new to the U.K. We cannot fault the service and the absolute length it took to get to exchange. We used Nicholls Residential for the sale of our house and were very satisfied with them. They arranged multiple viewings one weekend and were instrumental in helping us decide the most suitable purchaser. They were also very helpful during the process of not only selling our house but the purchase of buying another one and this certainly made a lot of difference to the smooth running of it.
