For our international move, Cavendish & Country hired a hoist service from Pritchard's on relatively short notice. The whole service was fantastic: ultra-professional, efficient, and safe. We'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

I worked with Pritchards this morning to hoist in a sofa to my second floor flat in London which couldnt fit through my narrow staircase. I was mightily impressed with the service from start to finish. Julia was incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive. The cost was very reasonable and half the price that other hoist companies were quoting. When Paul arrived, only one of two parking bays were clear, but Paul managed to cleverly manoeuvre the van so that the hoist would fit up to the window. Paul also removed and replaced my sash window in its entirety, and has left it back in pretty much perfect condition. Overall I am so impressed with the Pritchards service and would highly highly recommend them!

Paul and Julia did an amazing job today on behalf of our company by organising hoist service for one of our costumers. Pritchards helped us with moving extremely heavy sideboard to 5th floor by the window at the same time they covered diplomatic side of the job between building management and us!!! That made our all job smoother and easier! Many thanks from Promover Team Limited.!
