Window to the Womb Chessington, Surrey

We have been to this branch of windows to the womb for multiple scans, from the early scan to the 4D scan. Every time the staff have been so welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We were very disappointed with the service provided by Window to the Womb due to the incompetence of the sonographer and the lack of professionalism / appropriate sensitivity during our appointment. The sonographer sniggered/laughed when we asked questions about the scan which is alarming given the news he was delivering (which coincidentally happened to be incorrect due to his failure to spot the embryo). Furthermore, to be told by Window to the Womb that my husband may have been confused with the NHS report and the report from Window To The Womb is also incorrect. The explanation given as to why the two reports differ missed the key point that in the hospital scan, an embryo was identified but with the scan provided by Window to the Womb (not even 24 hours prior), the diagnosis of a pregnancy of unknown location was provided. We would not recommend.

Very professional, kind and caring team. I had rescan as we couldnt take photos of baby first time. Very helpful and I am so pleased Ive chose Window to the Womb chessington

More expensive than other places. They didnt print any scan photos for us on the day which was a little disappointing. They let you choose online and then send in the post. Left feeling a little disappointed.
