I took my motor there to get a few things repaired. Never again, trust me - a rip off! Avoid at all costs. The place was filthy as well.

I found this garage on a service called click mechanic to complete a clutch replacement. I came in beginning of march before lockdown to have my clutch redone. Took a little over a week as they already had other work to be completed which was understandable. I got the car back and within a week, the entire engine dropped due to the engine mount snapping. I had a few mobile mechanics come out and they all said that it was due to the clutch being improperly installed. The garage unfortunately couldn't fix the car due to lockdown so therefore the car was fixed by an alternative and paid for the costs. The garage that fixed the car, only fixed the damages because at the time, there was no evidence of there being any other issues than the engine mount and the drive shaft being bent which was fixed. During the fix, the alternative garage found that the engine mount snapped as there was one bolt missing, one was extremely loose and therefore was too much weight for the final bolt to hold and dropped. There was other bolts loose further along as I asked them to do a service at the same time for a peace of mind. This was only a repair on the damages created, no further investigation into the clutch needed as that wasn't the issue at this time. A short period later, I found that some of the gears were getting stuck or wasn't going into gear. This of course became an issue when I was travelling along the motor way coming off at the next junction as I had to slow down and change which I couldn't do even after turning the car on and off several times. I managed to get the car back and trailered to Kingston and Wimbledon taxis where they found the clutch hadn't been bled properly from the first installment as there was a air leak. This was a quick fix and covered under warranty. And within the last week, I have had further issues with the clutch and decided to just have the alternative garage complete a new clutch installment as I was becoming concerned that it hadn't even been completely correctly and would keep having further issues. The alternative garage found that there was only 5/6 bolts in the pressure clutch plate so one hadn't been put back in or done up correctly, the drivers side hub thread was stripped and the slave cylinder leaking. This is a very rubbish job completed and could have resulted in killing me and a passenger had I been driving faster at the time of the engine falling. I am extremely concerned of their standards as the neglect to complete something as simple as doing up bolts correctly, is extremely concerning especially as they fix taxis. I hope the garage learn from this mistake as the customer service side was professional when I first arrived. Understandably becoming frustrated each time I returned however goof customer service.
