The lady is so rude its like she hates kids, when you go in the shop youre scared to touch anything the way she is watching you and then you have to put money in a pot and she puts change in another pot like youve got some horrible disease. Its meant to be a magical shop for kids but there is no magic at all

I have been a customer of this store for years, the staff have ALWAYS ALWAYS been marvellous, friendly, cheerful and accommodating. There is a huge selection to choose from and with the addition of American candy a nice spin on treats. Not sure what the previous reviewer was on about, maybe they forgot that there has been a pandemic and people are trying to be cautious still and the precaution the lady has taken for customers is very good for those of us that are still trying to keep safe. Also having worked in a store where children love to get handsy I appreciate the staff keeping an eye on the products because let's face it no one wants to buy sweets that have had kids mauling them. Keep up the good work and keep smiling your doing good work. Always a pleasure to buy my sweets for a treat and pick me up.

Bygone Days is a sweet shop that brings back my infant and junior school days. The sweets on sale are all of the old almost forgotten varieties, that I fondly remember. Gobstoppers, flying saucers, liquorice and many many more. The pictures give some insight into the range for sale. Take my advice and give the shop a visit, you will not be disappointed and pleasantly surprised. Something that needs to be remembered, while the virus restrictions are current opening hours are reduced and are variable dependant on Hollybush.
