        We (Domeveiw Properties) have been using Stencel for a number of years now, and they're our preferred clerks by far. Reports are always well detailed but easy to read, and supporting photos show defects clearly. For an idea of thoroughness, Terry once noted (without a hint of mirth) that there were burnt crumbs to the interior of the toaster! If you have a rental property and want to protect your investment a good inventory is essential, and with Stencel you'll get exactly that.
