Worst bnb ever uncomfy bed,terrible food,rubbish view,it took ages to check in to my room the staff were extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest the man on the front desk took my luggage which I did not receive till the end of my visit the only positive was the free taxi service to the bnb but even the driver of the cab was aggressive and rude still what can you expect for the price.

They didnt deal with my car accident that occured just because I wasnt in the car. I have a 500 damage to my car and these guys wont even come to see the CCTV cameras. What a joke.

A waist of tax payers money you cant even walk in to report you bike has just been stolen from Tesco cheshunt old pond absolutely ridiculous when did bike theft practically become legal and after not looking into a 2500 bike theft and doing nothing they expect me to pay council tax for a service I didn't receive I hope you read this cheshunt police and council are nothing but con artists. The only thing you will get from me is a expired crime reference number cheshunt police station might as well be a abandoned building so if anyone is interested police turn a blind eye to crime at the pond they have no CCTV and do not investigate people who walk up in broad daylight with a offensive weapon and still a 2500 bike good work guys definitely a service worth paying for
