The worst service ever! From the door the lady asked me if I have an appointment without even hello and then even without seeing what I want to ask said they dont do this repairs. So disappointed from their customer service!

Been going here for 5 years but I think today was my last eye check here. Had my eye test and agreed to pay an additional 25 for the more extensive eye scan. Dr Shah very patient and informative. She took me through the analysis of the images and answered questions I had. I asked to have my pupil measurements done and Dr Shah obliged. After I was done Dr Shah asked her assistants to write down the details for my prescription. The assistants refused and told me it is Boots regulation to not provide pupil distance measurements. And that if I am getting my frames elsewhere they have to measure it. One assistant even went as far as turning over the Drs notes because she thought I was trying to read it. Suprisingly rude behaviour. If it was really Boots regulation why did the Dr measure me?? I later researched that this is something some Opticians do when you chose to get frames elsewhere. But Dr Shah was happy to measure me and it was the assistants that said no which felt very chaotic and unprofessional. I found out in my research that Specasavers will give you the measurements if you ask so that is where I will go for my next eye test.

Been going here for a few years. Got varifocals for the first time recently, instead of my usual reading, distance and sunglasses. I got used to them immediately and very happy with them. Have made my life a lot easier rather than swapping them all the time. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
