We recently sold our flat with Kings and we would highly recommend their services. Hassan went above and beyond with finding us a buyer really quickly and negotiating a price both parties were happy with. The process from accepting an offer to completion was only around 2 months and Hassan kept on top of all solicitors to make sure everything was up to date to ensure the whole process went through quickly and smoothly. We have used Kings Cheshunt to let our property in Hoddesdon. The process has been smooth sailing from the get go. The ladies Elleisha, Sophie and Summer are a credit to the team. They kept us informed throughout the entire process - which took less than 2 weeks!
