Second visit since the takeover of the practice, I found the whole experience professional, caring and friendly, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone, I feel very comfortable in making this dentist my place to come .

I would give 0 stars if I could. if this was the last dental practice in earth,I would not go to it. PLEASE AVOID. Went to the dentist in person to register.Door was locked and a lady came after to open the door,just stood there,said nothing.After I said I want to register,she said you need to ring. I rang the next day,same lady answered,she said I need to book an appointment to register,I said ok,she said earliest we have is May,I said ok.she paused a lot when she was taking my details and I thought like she was also being rude.when I said I wanted to get an appointment for my children to register then she said I don't have any appointments for after school so it's going to be have to be in may half term,I said ok,she said you are going to have to call back and let me know when the half term is.I said I know when it is.she was rushing to hang up the phone.after she said I am with a patient right now,I need to take their details,so you are going to have to call back later... I don't know if this is racism or something else but I thought this was so so rude considering they are running a business. So I think the people running the dental practice should look at their receptionist and act now,change,so they don't lose anymore patients...
