One of the guys who works there is always rude - from minor label printing confusion, to querying if they have an item, to general demeanour always rude. If you dont like your job or working with the public then retrain and do something else.

Walked in to drop off an Evri parcel. While trying to figure out why the machine wasnt listing the retailer I was looking for, the man behind the counter felt the need to berate and bark at me despite not even being in his queue! Thought maybe I misheard so said excuse me and asked if I was doing something wrong and was told to either buy something or get out. Said I was just here to drop off a parcel return and he barked again saying he has bills to pay too! Was a little shocked and felt incredibly threatened and unsafe so left as quick as I could. Was still trembling when back in the car. Suffice to say I wont be returning.

Awful, obnoxious, rude gent behind the counter. With so many places around with much better staff and service, why even bother walking in to just be met with such insolent behaviour from a petty man. Buyer beware. Just go elsewhere and avoid this place.

Very helpful staff! Always goes above and beyond! Will definitely be using them again to send and collect my parcels!
