Having used this indian takeaway for many years with pleasure, my recent experience has disgusted me. On making a query re a change of items in Tandoori mixed grill main meal on the menu, removing veg curry and charging more, I spoke to manager Jemal and due to our loyalty, he promised to add the item at no extra cost for future orders. On ordering this weekend, the staff refuted the managers offer, and he was present in the premises and said there would be an additional charge. On calling the manager directly, he did not answer or respond in any manner. This lack of customer service and not honouring his word has resulted in my decision, never to use the Nabilla again.
