Im guessing I spoke to Toni. What a horrible woman, I havnt even started there I made one phone call where i heard enough thanks, who ever owns this business doesnt need to worry about competition with staff like that she is the competition, ps, I have noticed they have a stock reply to all the negative replies, we dont know who you are , I dont suppose they do the amount of people they get through. , cant stand people who think theyre a cut above , minimum wage rubbish.

Been with this agency around a week, and I was shocked to see some of the reviews, I always like to make my own opinion before just looking at what other people say and taking it for gospel, however I honestly hands down cannot fault them at all, Claire and Toni are both just great, found me well paid work, where honest from the off, they keep up to date making sure I am happy where i am, and that everything is ok, really, I am very happy with staff solutions, both ladies are so polite and friendly and welcoming and seem to be trying to help me as much as possible so I would definitely recommend staff solutions for any driver looking for work!

When i called in today with a B2B enquiry i was told that they didn't have time for this in an extremely rude manner without listening fully of which was a call that lasted around 20 seconds. Completely unprofessional of how that was dealt with and i hope that they do not treat other people like this.
