SPAM and try to AVOID! I have to do this review to prevent the unpleasant experiences of other customers who want to buy cars from this dealer. I bought a RENAULT MEGANE from this dealer and after driving the first 5 miles from Cheshunt, where this dealer's work point is, my dashbourd turned into a "Christmas tree". I contacted them immediately and they recommended me to leave them the car that I later picked up after 7 days. After 4-5 days the problem reappeared again and although the car was under warranty this dealer did't answer my calls and emails anymore. I understood from an authorized garage that the problem is from DPF...this must be replaced which involves a very high expense.

Problem after problem , and now they have blocked me. After less than 1 week of getting the car it had to go back for repairs, and subsequently it still has problems and they intend to wash their hands of the car. I have spent 1k in the last 2 weeks as the car wont move. Just working with the lawyers now to get them to sort. But in a Nutshell dont use!!!!!!

Would recommend to anyone needing work done on their car and have been doing so. Kieran was very helpful, gave all the information and was very honest about prices and times etc. Checked the car over for me twice and also did some investigative work that cost a hell of lot less than other garages wanted. I can't fault the service here, it was above and beyond, which is very hard to find nowadays. Honestly can't speak highly enough of this company. If I need anything done in the future I will definitely be going back here.

Don't buy from them...I'm a happy owner of one car from them...Done 800miles since I have a car as its only weekend car... now just get MOT done and spend 650 To fix the car ...Last year MOT was clear..no advisory... MOT done by them... This year I have been told by mechanic that this car should not be on the road since last MOT as there is so many problems...from silly aloy wheels to drive shafts ...Please don't trust them...
