Linda is fantastic, the shop can get busy before Prom, full of teenagers and mums but she knows her stuff, she knew how to put my daughter's shyness to rest, suggesting all sorts of dresses and amendments until she will feel confident. And she got there thanks to Linda and her daughter too. Will be there again this year, highly recommended. Maria

Fantastic customer care. The owner Linda went above and beyond to help me with my bridesmaid dress. She added accessories, sold me a much needed basset. She gave good advice and did the alterations required to add features that complimented me and the dress design. Highly recommend visiting.

Linda and her team have been brilliant. I knew the style and brand of dresses I wanted for my bridesmaids and Linda was one of the few stockists in my area. I had 6 bridesmaids of all different ages and sizes and wanted them to choose their own style of dress but the same chiffon material and colour. Having 6 and all living in different places, we were back and forth lots of times and Linda was always welcoming and helpful. My bridesmaids were allowed to try on plenty of different styles and Linda gave excellent advice, straight talking which is what we wanted as she certainly knows her stuff. Her sizing and measurements for the girls were spot on and the few alterations that were done were perfect. My bridesmaids looked beautiful in their dresses and I know they were so pleased. Absolutely wonderful experience for my daughter. After a really difficult couple of years she was really nervous and worried she wouldnt find anything she liked but they helped her find several dresses to try. She fell in love with the third dress she tried but they encouraged her to look at others to be certain. The dress was ordered in her size promptly and our appointment for alterations went well. We have collected it today and my daughter is so pleased. I honestly cannot fault the attention to detail and customer service. They are clearly a very busy family business but also means they care that you get exactly what you want. Thank you to both of you for all your help it means a lot
