I reached out to John when I was going through some relationship challenges and lacking confidence. My sessions with him were really soothing. He is an excellent listener and kindly challenged the way I saw myself and others. John provided me with some great tips on managing my overthinking and negative talk. By the end I had found new confidence in myself and promptly acted on decisions I wouldnt have made before. John is a really great relationship coach. He helped me out when I got myself stuck running unhelpful patterns that were hampering me achieving my goals. He managed to facilitate this very quickly as a result of his experience of both traditional counselling and modern coaching techniques. John has helped me turn my life around!! I was lost, stuck and still suffering from my marriage break up three years ago. John provided a space for me where I felt completely safe and supported. He made me see that all my feelings were valid and important. Then once I felt I had been heard and understood I was able to move forward. We then worked through lots of different techniques to build up my relationship with myself. This is not an easy part of the process but it definitely is the most rewarding. He made me realise that I am worthy of being loved again. I'm now back and living a life of purpose and feeling so much happier. Plus I know that if any hard times come up in my life John is only a phone call away. I am so grateful for all of your help and support.I would definitely recommend John to you as I know that you will feel amazing after seeing him!!

He is a master in his coaching field and a lovely man who has a real passion for helping others through his work. You are instantly made to feel at ease and he provides a safe space to talk through your life experiences, belief systems, relationships, thoughts and feelings, in a completely non judgemental and professional environment. John will help you see the importance of the relationship you have with yourself and and how it may have been stopping you from achieving your full potential. He is able to arm you with the tools to become more self aware so that you can make positive changes to previous thought and behavioural patterns that may have been holding you back. I will be forever grateful that I made the decision to invest in myself by seeing John, and for the positive impact he has had on my life.
