Started great, hard-working team onsite every day, always turned up on time and main build was completed within 5 weeks. However, it is now week 16 and we still have no bathroom or heating in our new loft. Very disappointing as it was such a promising start and I would have recommended to all had things continued apace! Come on guys you can sort it out.

Thanks Adam! Great loft, quickly built and everyone we spoke to was really helpful and polite. The room's much bigger than we thought it'd be and the finish is fantastic. Great job.

Disgusting customer service and workmanship. Eco lofts lied to us from the start. They started nearly 5 weeks after the date they promised us - even though they knew we only went with them because they could start on this date. Then they proceeded to make mistakes, avoid us and lie to us continuously throughout our project. It was so awful. I highly recommend you DON'T go with this company. They were rude and caused us the most stress. We lost so much much money and they even had the cheek to charge us for their mistakes. They left our house open to the elements and so the ceiling had to be re painted and checked again, they put doors in the wrong places, sockets in the wrong places, our shower enclosure is wonky, tiles are broken. Our new roof came off in storm 3 weeks after they finished the job and had to be fully replaced. But the worst part was that it could have easily hit and killed someone. it missed our neighbours car by inches. This whole job was a complete joke
