        Wow Andy really knows his stuff and is so knowledgeable!! ...He diagnosed my faulty laptop issue within minutes over the phone and explained the issue to me and even what caused it. He then followed it up with a visual confirmation with no obligation. Honest, professional service and advice from such a nice guy! ...I wouldnt even consider going elsewhere now. Thx Andy!! Ps. Not sure what the 1* review is about!? ...obviously you cant please some people... Andy went above and beyond to help me!
